Workshop materials for running CPD sessions on each of the 54 behaviours.
This library provides ready-to-use materials for running professional development sessions on the 54 Everyone Succeeds leadership behaviours.
Each behaviour includes a PowerPoint presentation and a workshop booklet, designed to support leadership meetings, staff development sessions, and coaching conversations. The booklet also includes the behaviour toolkit and coach and practice prompts, helping leaders translate ideas into practical action.
These resources allow schools to explore the behaviours in a structured way, helping teams build a shared understanding of effective leadership practice.
These resources are currently being developed and will be available from September 2026.
C1 – Hold High Standards is available now as an example of the materials that will be included.
