How Everyone Succeeds looks after your information

Last updated: 30 September 2026

Everyone Succeeds helps school leaders develop their leadership. Your leadership desk holds personal and reflective information, so we take its privacy seriously. This policy explains what we collect, why, where it is kept, who can see it and your rights.

1. Who we are

Everyone Succeeds is run by Everyone Succeeds Ltd, a company registered in England (company number 16842095). We are the data controller for the information described here, registered with the Information Commissioner’s Office under reference ZC146840.

Contact: hello@everyone-succeeds.com

2. What we collect

Your account: name, email address, password (stored encrypted), role, school or organisation, country, and the membership you hold.

Your leadership desk: your self-review answers and scores; your focus behaviours and progress through the Leadership Cycle; your goal for the year and key results; your leadership actions; 90-day plans; answers you save in the desk tools and Playbooks; and short summaries of ES Coach conversations if you choose to save them.

Colleague feedback (360): if you ask colleagues for feedback, we hold their email addresses to send the invitation and reminders, and their ratings. Colleagues’ ratings are anonymous to you, and you only see results once at least three colleagues have replied.

Payments: if you pay by card, Stripe processes the payment. We see that you paid and when, but never your card number.

School orders: when a school orders membership, we keep the names, roles and email addresses of the person ordering, the school lead and the finance contact, with the school’s details, so we can set up the school and invoice it. We keep approved orders for six years for our financial records and delete declined orders after 12 months.

Emails and use of the site: your email choices, when you last signed in, and general site statistics (see Cookies).

3. How we use it

  • To provide your account, your leadership desk, the diagnostics, the Playbooks and the other resources your membership includes.
  • To send service emails, such as confirming your account, your self-review report and reminders you set up.
  • To send the Everyone Succeeds newsletter (see section 8).
  • To give your school, trust or local authority combined results if it pays for your place (see section 6).
  • To improve the site, using combined and anonymous information.

4. The ES Coach and other AI features

The ES Coach, the key-result check and some suggestions on the desk use Claude, an AI model provided by Anthropic. When you use them, what you type and relevant parts of your desk (for example your focus behaviours or key results) are sent to Anthropic to produce a reply. Anthropic does not use this information to train its models, and holds it only for a limited period for safety and abuse monitoring. The full conversation is not kept on your desk unless you choose to save a summary. The ES Coach does not make decisions about you; it suggests, and you decide.

Please don’t include information in an ES Coach conversation that identifies a pupil or a colleague by name.

5. Our lawful basis

  • Contract: to provide your account, desk and membership.
  • Legitimate interests: to run and improve the service, send service emails, and send the newsletter to members at their work address, which you can stop at any time.
  • Consent: for newsletters to personal email addresses, and for analytics cookies.

6. Who can see your information

You. Your desk is private to you. Only you see your answers, scores, goals, actions, plans and coach summaries.

Your school, trust or local authority, if it pays for your place. It can see who has joined through its account and when each person last signed in. It can see combined results for groups of five or more leaders only. It never sees your answers, scores, conversations, goals or actions.

9. Cookies

We use essential cookies to keep you signed in and to remember your choices. With your agreement, we also use Google Analytics to understand how the site is used. You can change your choice at any time using the cookie settings link at the foot of each page.

12. Changes to this policy

We will update this page when how we use your information changes, and tell members by email about any significant change.
