Schools: order online and we will set up your school and invoice you. Trusts and local authorities: get in touch. Every membership runs for 12 months and is paid once, by card or by invoice. A free account gives you three things: the self-diagnostic, Behaviour C1 in full and one ES Coach conversation. Membership adds everything you need to put the behaviours into practice. The 54 behaviour pages, the Leadership Challenge Finder and the Bookshelf are open to everyone, with or without an account.

Every membership includes the ES Coach that helps leaders talk real situations through and leave with one clear action, linked to the behaviours and Playbooks.
What every membership includes
Every membership, from one leader to a whole trust, opens the full platform. For each of the 54 behaviours you get:
- The Playbook. A practical toolkit with coaching prompts, a practice script to rehearse your approach and a 90-day plan to put the behaviour to work on a real challenge. PDF and editable Word.
- Nine fully worked examples. The behaviour applied in nine different leadership roles, from primary and secondary middle leaders to headteachers, trust leaders, school business managers and central trust teams. Each shows the challenge, exactly what the leader does and says, and the result. That is 486 worked examples in all, in PDF and editable Word.
- An INSET PowerPoint. Editable slides with speaker notes and activities for discussion, rehearsal and planning, so you can lead the session with your own team.
