Developing as a leader starts with awareness. The Everyone Succeeds 360 Leadership Diagnostic helps you gain insight from those who see you lead every day.
By gathering feedback from colleagues, you’ll discover how consistently you demonstrate the 54 leadership behaviours that drive school improvement.
Your 360 report will combine feedback from your colleagues with your own self-assessment, helping you identify your greatest strengths and most important development areas.
How it works
- Invite colleagues
Share the link to the Leadership 360 Feedback Form: https://everyone-succeeds.com/leadership-diagnostic/leadership-360-diagnostic/
Ask 5–8 colleagues who know your work well, ideally including your line manager, peers, and direct reports, to complete the form. Email templates are provided below.
Remind them to enter your email address in the box labelled “Person being reviewed.” - Collect responses
Each colleague’s answers are anonymous and combined into a single report once all feedback is received. - Receive your 360 report
You’ll receive a personal report showing how others perceive your leadership behaviours across the five domains: Strategy, Culture, Leadership, Teams, and Yourself.
Make inviting colleagues easy
Leaders are busy, and even with the best intentions, your colleagues may need a clear and simple way to respond to your 360 Feedback request.
Below are two ready-to-send email templates you can copy and paste when inviting colleagues to complete your Everyone Succeeds 360 Leadership Feedback Diagnostic.
The first is your initial invitation, explaining what you’re asking and how to complete it. The second is a polite nudge in case people haven’t yet found the time.
Each message includes the correct link to the form, just remember to replace [your@email.com] with your own email address so feedback is correctly attributed to you.

Leadership 360 Diagnostic Report
The 360 Diagnostic builds on the Self Diagnostic by collecting feedback from colleagues who know your work best.
It helps you understand how your leadership is experienced across your team and creates a balanced, holistic picture of your strengths and growth areas.
How it works:
- Share the link to the 360 diagnostic page with at least three colleagues who know your leadership.
- Ask them to complete the short form, entering your email address in the box labelled “Person being reviewed”. Click here for a suggested email.
- Once three responses have been received, your personalised 360 Leadership Report will be generated and emailed to you.
Your 360 report includes:
- A visual comparison between self-perception and colleague feedback
- Insights on alignment and perception gaps
- Guidance on how to use feedback constructively for professional growth
