Who are the diagnostics for?

The Everyone Succeeds Leadership Diagnostics are designed for school leaders at every level — from aspiring middle leaders to experienced headteachers. They help you reflect on how consistently you demonstrate the 54 leadership behaviours that drive school improvement.

What is the difference between the Self and 360 Diagnostics?

The Self Diagnostic is a personal reflection tool you complete yourself. The 360 Diagnostic gathers feedback from colleagues to provide a broader view of how others experience your leadership. Together, they create a clear picture of your strengths and areas for growth.

Who should I ask to complete my 360 feedback?

Invite colleagues who know your work well. A balanced mix might include your line manager, peers, and direct reports. Aim for around 5–8 people to ensure a fair, rounded perspective.

Will my results be shared?

No. Your diagnostic results are private and will only be shared with you by email. The 360 Feedback Diagnostic combines responses anonymously to protect confidentiality.

How long will my report take to arrive?

Your personalised report is automatically generated and should arrive within a few minutes of completing the form. If you do not receive it, please check your spam folder or contact us at hello@everyone-succeeds.com.

How long does it take to complete the diagnostic?

Most people complete the diagnostic in 10–12 minutes. Each question is a short statement rated on a 1–5 scale.

Do I need the book or workbook to use the diagnostic?

No, but your report links directly to the Everyone Succeeds book and workbook, which provide detailed explanations, strategies, and practical exercises for each leadership behaviour.

What if I want to use this with my team?

You can share the diagnostic link with colleagues or contact hello@everyone-succeeds.com for support with group or whole-school versions. Team reports can also be created on request.

Can I retake the diagnostic later?

Yes. We recommend retaking the Self Diagnostic every six to twelve months to track your progress and identify new priorities.

How can I use my report once I receive it?

Your report provides clear, structured insight into your strengths and areas for development. You can use it to plan coaching conversations, guide professional development, or set focused goals using the Everyone Succeeds Leadership Cycle.

Is my data secure?

Yes. All diagnostic data is stored securely within Google Workspace and is not shared outside the Everyone Succeeds system. Your information is private and protected.
