Leadership Self Diagnostic Report
How it works:
- Complete the self diagnostic (10-15 mins).
- Receive a personalised Leadership Diagnostic Report by email.
- Identify your top strengths and development priorities.
- Use the Everyone Succeeds book, workbook, and website toolkits to plan targeted action.
Each report maps your scores across the five leadership domains of Strategy, Culture, Leadership, Teams, and Yourself. Each personalised report includes:
- A clear visual summary of your leadership profile.
- Strengths and focus areas by domain.
- Guidance on how to translate insight into deliberate action.
Why it matters
The diagnostic is the first step in the Everyone Succeeds Leadership Cycle. By combining reflection with structured feedback, you can move from awareness to action and from action to habit — the foundation of lasting improvement.



Leadership 360 Diagnostic Report
The 360 Diagnostic builds on the Self Diagnostic by collecting feedback from colleagues who know your work best.
It helps you understand how your leadership is experienced across your team and creates a balanced, holistic picture of your strengths and growth areas.
How it works:
- Share the link to the 360 diagnostic page with at least three colleagues who know your leadership.
- Ask them to complete the short form, entering your email address in the box labelled “Person being reviewed”. Click here for a suggested email.
- Once three responses have been received, your personalised 360 Leadership Report will be generated and emailed to you.
Your 360 report includes:
- A visual comparison between self-perception and colleague feedback
- Insights on alignment and perception gaps
- Guidance on how to use feedback constructively for professional growth
