To close the gap between intent and implementation by improving clarity, ownership, and follow-up.

| Assign ownership visibly. | Who is accountable for each task? | Practise confirming ownership and timelines in a meeting closing summary. |
| Review progress rhythmically. | When and how will we check actions? | Ask the leader to set up a visible tracker or regular check-in process to sustain follow-up. |
