| Define done. | What does finished look like, by when, and owned by whom? | Practise writing a one sentence definition of done for the next three tasks, including owner and date. |
| Break into the next steps. | What is the smallest useful action we can take today? | In a meeting, convert each item into a 48 hour action and capture it live. |
| Remove one blocker. | What is the bottleneck that slows us most? | Run a 15 minute unblock session with the owner, agree one fix, and a time frame for it. |
| Inspect what you expect. | When will I check progress, and how? | Schedule a 10 minute mid point check for each live task and prepare two coaching questions. |
