To strengthen culture and support staff by being seen where the work happens.

| Go with a focus. | What one thing am I looking for? | Choose a single lens, such as starts within 60 seconds, and script a 10 word positive nudge you will use. |
| Close loops quickly. | How will I share what I saw and what happens next? | Practise a same day follow up template, one praise, one ask, one check back date. |
