Action Steps	Key Questions	Practice
Define the outcome you want.	What result are you trying to improve?	Ask the leader to name one lag measure (e.g. attendance rate).
Identify behaviours that drive it.	What do people need to do more or less of to move that result?	Work together to list two observable actions that staff can influence directly.
Track actions visibly.	How will you make progress easy to see?	Practise explaining a simple tracking system to staff (e.g. weekly count, visual board). Review clarity and motivation.
Celebrate movement, not perfection.	How will you reinforce small wins?	Plan a brief recognition routine for progress, even before the outcome target is reached.
